Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means ordered product may only be returned within 30 days for a full refund if the following conditions are met.

  1. The Customer holds the right to cancel the contract within 14 working days after receiving the goods, without providing a reason. Failure to cancel within this time solidifies the purchase, binding the contract between the Customer and Supplier regarding the delivered goods.
  2. To exercise the cancellation right, the Customer must provide written notice via letter or email to the Supplier, including specifics of the goods ordered and any relevant order reference. Notification through phone communication will not suffice.
  3. If cancellation occurs after goods are delivered, the Customer bears responsibility for returning the goods to the Supplier. The return cost and risk associated with returning of the delivered goods rest entirely upon the Customer.
  4. The Customer maintains responsibility for the Goods during transit until acknowledged and signed for by the Supplier.
  5. Goods must be sent to Samarali B.V., Bolkruid 19, 3068 DJ, Rotterdam, Netherlands.
  6. The Customer must exercise reasonable care to ensure the goods remain undamaged during transit or while in their possession.
  7. Unless the goods are defective, they must be returned in their entirety. Any damage or missing items upon receipt render the product incomplete.
  8. Upon notification from the Customer regarding contract cancellation, the Supplier will refund or re-credit the Customer within 14 days after receiving the returned goods. This includes the full purchase amount, encompassing calculated shipping costs, refunded to the Customer within two weeks of receiving the return shipment.
  9. Should the goods not be returned in compliance with prior instructions, the Supplier reserves the right to charge the Customer a sum not exceeding the direct costs of recovering the goods.
  10. The Supplier may impose a restocking fee for returned items that are not in an appropriate condition.
  11. The Distance Selling Regulations solely pertain to Business to Consumer transactions.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
